This project involved the alteration of an existing residential property, to achieve the requests of the Client. MJCBS were instructed to remove the old conservatory from the property and install a new style conservatory, windows, doors and pitched roof, which matched the architectural style of the property and other properties within the area.

MJCBS were directly responsible for sourcing building materials, that matched that of the original construction of the building, designing the new brick conservatory and roofline and the construction and finish of the conservatory. All works were completed in-house by our senior tradesman, who specialise in all aspects of renovation, ensuring the client’s vision was achieved, a high level of finish provided and a general keen eye to detail creating a seamless addition to the property.
